We used Peak Events for linens, flatware, plates and glasses for our wedding. They were partnered with the caterer that we used and provided great quality items that elevated the look and feel of our reception space. We met with Nicholas at their showroom in Middletown, and he was extremely kind and helpful when it came to making our selections. We had a great variety to choose from when it came to utensils, plates, glasses and linens, and we were able to put everything together on tables to visualize how it would look in our reception space. Nicholas and the Peak Events team did a great job of making the process as easy as possible for us and the tables and everything on them looked great in our reception as a result! We are beyond grateful for the work that Peak Events put in to make our wedding day extra special!

I think these guys are probably the best on the island. It was a bit hard to get them scheduled as they were so busy. There must have been some misunderstanding as they did not install exactly what i wanted, so they jad to come back - but they treated it as an emergency and got it done quickly.
The team is very knowledgeable and did all the plumbing work needed on my remodel. Even they found some things on the boiler not working and fixed those too.

My nail tech (I wish I remembered her name!) was the absolute sweetest. She’s a retired teacher, and it shows in the most wonderful way – incredibly thoughtful, careful, and so attentive to detail. She took her time, made sure everything was perfect, and chatted with me like an old friend. You could tell she genuinely cares about her clients, and that kind of service is rare.

Honestly, this is such a great salon. I’m very picky about who I trust with my hair because of past experiences, and I’m always worried I won’t like the results. However, I have never been disappointed here. Kindra is my go-to stylist! She always gives me exactly what I want, and even my simplest requests end up looking better than I imagined.
The other stylists are also incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is always fun, welcoming, and upbeat. Overall, this is one of the best and most affordable salons I’ve found on the island, and I’ll definitely continue coming here for the foreseeable future.
Joseph always listens to me about what I want and is realistic about our goals. The salon is always clean and well decorated. He almost never double books so you get him all to yourself! He’s also extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain in detail how things work, why they won’t work, etc. Over the last year and a half he’s nursed my hair back to good health after a few botched bleach jobs from other salons. In fact, we just went full blonde after being dark brown with pretty much no breakage and my hair feels super healthy!

As a first time client I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Lailani, who happened to be my stylist She took her time washing my hair and even used a shampoo to help liven up my hair, which made me feel very special. After settling in to the chair, the pleasant conversation along with exceptional hair styling began. I recommend Lailani at Envy salon. She is starting out but she cut my hair exactly as I requested with precise accuracy and even gave me styling tips. I never felt rushed and thoroughly enjoyed all of our conversation. I am very pleased with my hair cut and style.

Jen does fantastic work. I had a custom black-and-grey half sleeve completed in about four weeks, even with both of us balancing other commitments. From the start, she was professional, personable, and took the time to meet in person to understand exactly what I wanted. She worked closely with me to combine both our visions into a unique custom design instead of just applying a template. The detail, linework, shading, and overall flow of the tattoo exceeded my expectations. The octopus design has incredible texture and realism, and the way it wraps naturally across the shoulder and chest shows real artistic skill. If you're looking for a tattoo artist in the Newport/Middletown area, Jen is someone I highly recommend. She listens, communicates well, and delivers high-quality custom tattoo work.

I am very pleased with the bathroom upgrade completed by JPS Construction. They installed a new floor, a beautiful vanity and a walk-in shower unit. Project managers, Jon and Aaron, as well as their team, were courteous, organized and very professional. I highly recommend JPS Construction for anyone that's considering a remodel of an existing space.

Dr. Gibson is very knowledgeable andwell-versed in all aspects of chiropractic Adjustments. This review is a four star as I only did an initial assessment. The real adjustments will start today and anticipate a full five stars.
I'm very grateful that I met Dr. Janssen. Before beginning treatments, I suffered from lower back pain, a limited range of motion and chronic sinus congestion. After just a couple of visits I could feel an improvement in all 3 areas. I can't say enough good things about Chris. Our dog has a lot of anxiety and Chris was incredibly patient, kind and helpful throughout the whole experience. Unfortunately, things didn't work out (our pup just wasn't having it) and even though we offered to pay for his time, Chris refused to charge us. That says a lot about him. Highly recommend!
Outstanding job with our toy poodle who was only 4 months old. He went in as a mop and came out with a really cute poodle cut.
I'm a former customer. I had pain in my shoulders from lifting weights. Went to the doctors, physical therapy and even some prescription medicine to reduce inflammation. Nothing worked. After 3 sessions my shoulders felt much better. She has great touch and is obviously very skilled. I moved away a few years ago, and regret not being able to continue using Meredith.
Dr. Jen is great! I have been receiving acupuncture for over 15 years now at several offices in both Florida and MA. Now that I'm in Newport, I've been going to Dr. Jen for over a year now. I find that acupuncture works particularly well when I'm feeling blocked. It helps my overall sense of well-being. I'm also working on some specific areas and I do find that acupuncture works well over time. I have Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance and I only have to pay the co-pay for my visits. I highly recommend Dr. Jen!
Over the last three years, I have been under Dr Cheng's treatment for back, hip, knee, and other types of pain. I have found Dr Cheng to be a wonderful part of my healthcare. From acupuncture for pain to how to treat my body, I have found his treatments highly effective. I am grateful to him for his skills and his counsel.
