I can't say enough good things about Chris. Our dog has a lot of anxiety and Chris was incredibly patient, kind and helpful throughout the whole experience. Unfortunately, things didn't work out (our pup just wasn't having it) and even though we offered to pay for his time, Chris refused to charge us. That says a lot about him. Highly recommend!

On vacationing Newport, Rhode Island with my cockers and my sister. Found this self service dog wash to be efficient and well set up. I loved the tub sprayer and blower to dry my spaniels. I had choice of 3 different shampoos and a conditioner with a really nice fragance. I have a small spaniel so The owner set up a grooming table for me to dry Dani. All in all It was a wonderful place to clean my dogs

We were recommended Ruff Waters by our dog trainer for our boy Max. Max is very anxious when getting his nails trimmed. Chris does a wonderful job with max making sure he’s comfortable and feels good while also doing a great job trimming his nails! The self wash is also so clean, strong water, and a great dryer! We drive over a hour to come here because Ruff Waters is so great!
