I called last minute for appointment for severe pain and swelling in the ear. Doctor Freedman saw me same day. He was professional and gentle. Explained everything he did. The staff were also very nice.

I had a wonderful experience for my first visit at Aquidneck Hearing Center. Everyone was very friendly and caring, beginning with Jennifer, the receptionist/Medical Assistant. Dr Steven Freedman was very kind and professional and quickly eased my mind that I have no inner ear concerns. I appreciate the honesty of Katie, the Audiologist as she informed me that I do have some hearing loss in both ears but it does not warrant hearing aids at this time. I look forward to seeing them again in 2 years and would highly recommend this office to others. Thank you for the courtesy that you extended to me today!

Joseph at Aquidneck Island Hearing Center is the best of the best. I have had hearing lost for quit sometime now. He made the process very low pressure and made me feel so comfortable during the whole journey. After I went home with my new aids he even followed up to make sure my hearing had improved.
