“(April 2022) Great haircut at a very good price! And if one is concerned about Covid measures.....its a 1 barber/stylist shop....Melissa....that is it! so you don't have to worry about others crowding you. I try to post negative stuff to make the review more "believable" but I didn't have any! Great haircut and a lot of free parking, that is a win for me!!Nov 14 2022: Back again and another superb hair cut. Believe the last time (and first time) I visited here was back in April 2022 and Melissa recalled who I was.....Impressive. Make sure you call ahead as it appears she is a busy lady. “Went to Polo Salon over 6 months ago I have been hesitant to submit a major complaint but saw Holly.When I went in I had long long gorgeous hair almost down to my waist. Holly couldn't get a knot out and cut off my hair below my ear without telling me first. Should of sued her..be careful in that salon.“
“Emily and Michael did hair for my wedding and I can’t even begin to say how AMAZING they both are! Emily did my wedding hair, trials, and some of my bridesmaids hair. She is seriously the sweetest and most talented person! She truly brought my vision to life for my wedding hair and I couldn’t have been more happy with it. She is also the most down to earth person and made me feel so comfortable every time I met with her, it was like being with one of my friends. Michael did my bridesmaids hair and totally killed it! “I came into this Ulta location on a Monday morning (federal holiday), looking for two specific items: Philosophy Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere perfume (I came to get a mini as I'm on travel, and almost through the mini I brought with me), and a tube of SuperGoop Unseen Sunscreen (also almost out of my current tube). I found both items that I was looking for, and I was very appreciative that this Ulta was not one of the ones that locks up all of their perfumes also, because that's super annoying. I grabbed my items, and then cruised around for a bit longer and picked up a few other things that I was curious about and decided to just grab them since I was already there. The store was relatively empty, so I had no problems getting around and finding things (it was also quite well stocked - at least for the items that I was looking for). I checked out quickly with only one person in line in front of me and was out of there in about 10 minutes. The employee who checked me out was also quite pleasant. The store was clean and organized, and I felt fine just wandering around and not being pestered.“

“Joseph always listens to me about what I want and is realistic about our goals. The salon is always clean and well decorated. He almost never double books so you get him all to yourself! He’s also extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain in detail how things work, why they won’t work, etc. Over the last year and a half he’s nursed my hair back to good health after a few botched bleach jobs from other salons. In fact, we just went full blonde after being dark brown with pretty much no breakage and my hair feels super healthy!“
