Immediately, I could tell how inviting and inclusive this dance space is just from their videos! I was a dancer my whole life and since college ended, I always love to try adult dance spots to keep my passion alive! Ive always wanted to try a heels class and let me tell you, this was the PERFECT place to have my first experience. Krissy meets you where you’re at and believes in you more than you believe in yourself. I felt so free, so alive, and so accepted while in this dance space. The energy is electric and the community is super loving and kind. From beginner to advanced, you belong. I can’t recommend this place enough!!!!!!!“

They are so welcoming and positive that I’ve actually changed my attitude about exercising. Not that the workouts are easy! Jason and Pam encourage and motivate without judging you which is so appreciated by someone (me) who entered my first class feeling nervous and self conscious. I’ve gained not only a better attitude toward taking care of myself through regular exercise, but am so happy with the progress I’ve made. If you’re on the fence I promise you will not regret trying Bileau Built!

She said Kerry Taylor was the person I need to see as she has known him for 15 plus years. When I met Kerry I explained I need more strength and flexibility to improve my golf game. After three months of two a week workouts not only am I hitting the ball 10 to 20 yards farther I’m feeling mentally and physically better. Kerry is fantastic he pushes me to my limits but never over the top. He has awakened muscles that have been dormant for decades. I can’t say enough on what a wonderful, kind, caring person Kerry is. And I do specially appreciate when I’m all confused on what stretch I’m trying to do how we both laugh and enjoy the moment. I recommend anyone looking for a fantastic gym 212 Health and Performance is just the right place.“

I had ORIF surgery and had just started walking in sneakers when I received my care. My ankle was very stiff, and I had a limp. Tim took excellent care in observing me and came up with a plan that I knew was tailored just for me. He spent time mobilizing my foot as well, which is the part of PT that I think is the most valuable because I can’t do this myself.All in all, the amount of individualized attention I received was incredible. I was able to make a lot of progress in a short amount of time.If you want top-notch, caring, personalized, knowledgeable care from someone passionate about Physical Therapy and who has excellent expertise, this is the place to go. You will be in good hands.“
