This review is long overdue, but our experience with Priority One was so outstanding that, even months later, I still couldn't let this slip through the cracks.
Our boiler damper had been blowing back and forth for quite some time, and I hadn't thought much of it until I Googled the issue and saw some pretty terrifying explanations. I called over the weekend and got an immediate answer from Mike. He told me he could be out to us first thing Monday, and sure enough, he was! He serviced our boiler, took care of the lines and filter, and explained what I could do about the damper. All of this work and clear explanations came at a great price!
Needless to say, we'll definitely be using Priority One from this point forward. Thank you, Mike!

The transparency in pricing and services was also commendable. There were no hidden fees or pressure tactics—just honest guidance that helped us make informed decisions. It’s clear they prioritize the well-being of families over profit.
In conclusion, my experiences with them have been marked by genuine care and professionalism. While no one wants to be in the position of needing funeral services, I feel grateful to have a compassionate team to rely on during such difficult times. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of funeral services; they truly make a difference when it matters most.
Side Note - this past experience they even had to work with me from out of state (Texas) and still made everything seamless.

Village Place Studio & Gallery is truly a hidden gem! It's a wonderful place to hold a special event or to just gather some friends and have a blast creating beautiful art. Sherri is a wonderful host and teacher!

I love this place, I’ve only recently started coming here. Dr. Mel is fantastic. I don’t feel judged while I’m here and I tend to talk when I’m nervous so I’m happy they didn’t make me feel annoying. Nonetheless I love it here
