I have a property in Johnston that had a basic plumbing issue. The owner Todd Holden is a perv. He kept eyeballing me and flirting as I asked him a question when he was doing basic work.He is an okay plumber if it's basic tasks but if it comes to complex issues or troubleshooting he really isn't smart.I would never use him again. Over priced for the lousy basic work this perv did.
