I have patronized this salon several times. The services are great and the technicians are kind and friendly. I am always happy with my pedicures. The girl that greeted me lacked friendliness this day and wouldn’t even look at me. Then throughout the visit, she and her co worker were loud and more boisterous than you would expect in a relaxing environment. Their behavior came off as obnoxious. All other elements of JT have been positive, but I hope they have a talk with their younger staff.

I am moving to the area soon, and have been trying out new nail places for the past couple of months. JT Nail Spa has, by far, been the best all around. The atmosphere is amazing, they have good music playing, and it’s obvious that all of the employees have return customers which is always a good sign. I didn’t catch my nail tech’s name today, but she did an INCREDIBLE job. Fast, and perfect dip manicure. It’s hard to get both! She did such an awesome job that I booked a follow-up appointment before I left, which I have never done before. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I’m excited to start coming here regularly.
