Went here for the first time today and everything was great, however I asked for a special pedicure and the gentleman that did it didn't read the slip and I ended up with just a regular pedi. I did say something and they apologize and only charged me for the regular pedi but I was just a little disappointed. Hopefully next time this won't happen. Overall everything was great.
Requested style: Asked for one type of pedi but only got a regular one due to error on tech.
Cleanliness: This place was very clean
Definitely depends who you go to (like most salons) but the overall appearance of the salon is beautiful! The decor makes you feel like you're at a spa. I had a great dip manicure my first time there, but the second time I left with 3 nails bleeding and in some pain. I don't want to name names, but I did tell the front desk upon leaving. I will also note that their color choices are better than any other salon I've been to in the area!
They salon is beautiful and elegant. It's quiet and relaxing. They also give you complimentary snacks and bring you juice in a wine glass which adds to the elegance. My nail tech was super sweet and very professional and friendly as well. My pedicure was the organic pedicure which was amazing. They took me within 30 mins of me calling for an appointment thats almost unheard of. Honestly it's hard to find a good place these days so this will now be my regular spot.
