$250 to fix a clogged line in the refrigerator, next day same problem occurred. First time, he responded and said he would be there the following day at no charge. He didn't show up and this went on for weeks until he finally just stopped corresponding altogether. Also had to pay cash and he had no receipt so I got totally screwed
My dryer broke had no heat. John came out the same day on time. Fixed the thermostat within maybe 20/30 minutes. Made sure there were no other issues with the dryer. Cleaned out the bottom of the dryer. Very friendly professional. Dryer is fixed. Im very happy. I spoke with one other company prior to speaking with John and to just diagnose the problem it would have cost 50 dollars more. So I highly recommend and will call again when needed.
John has helped me out with problems with both washing machine and refrigerator. He's reliable and does good work. He kept me posted as to when he would arrive - I appreciate that. Fair pricing. I'm recommending him to my neighbors. And I'm really in N. Smithfield, RI (not CA).
