He was super friendly when I walked in to get my iMac tested. Very professional and knows his stuff. There are not many Apple repair or certified vendors in RI, but this place is definitely the spot to take all your Apple related tech.
Helped me out with all the issues I had and made sure my iMac was tested and running as best as it could. Highly recommend coming here if you have any technical problems with your devices.
Had exactly what I needed. Quick, easy and very helpful when I needed to exchange my initial purchase for a different computer. Will definitely be coming back for any of my Mac issues. The cats are very friendly! You shouldn’t have any reservations about coming here, highly recommended.
Found this hole in the wall and I’ve never been grateful!! Customer service was excellent and Efficient. My 10 year old Mac hadn’t turned on for 2 years after not charging it for some time and new chargers wouldn’t work. They were able to retrieve all the info off mine and replace it with a brand new Mac and a newer version as well saving me so much money in having to buy a whole new one. HIGHLY recommend! Also two cute little kitties reside there to keep you company while you wait!
