I signed up for a promo on IG and made an appt for today. Spoke with the receptionist, confirmed appt, put a CC on file for a no show fee (if applicable). Confirmed via text and all. Guess what? THEY AREN'T HERE!
I got to my appt 25mins early, waited til a more appropriate time. Went to the door, locked. Called, no answer. Went to the door at my appt time, locked. Called again, no answer. Ended up leaving a note shoved into the door stating to remove my CC info from my file with them.
