There is an area of Oakland Cemetery that is totally shameful. Unmowed grass, trash and what looks like graves that are dug up !! Is the city of Cranston responsible for the upkeep of this ???

There apparently is no caretaker and no way to find out who is buried where, if there's no upright gravestone. We're going to check with the funeral home that buried my parents.
