Dan was transparent and knowledgeable from the start. Rather than pushing for a costly, unnecessary replacement, he took the time to properly diagnose the system, testing the electrical components and identifying a faulty capacitor. We are totally satisfied with every aspect of our experience with N. E. Sheet Metal. We did some online research for our project, thoroughly read thru their web page, then decided to fill out the contact form to get an estimate. Within an hour or so Dan (the owner) called us and arranged an appointment for later that afternoon. Dan and Ken arrived on time. Together we discussed and analyzed the project, they took measurements, made a materials list and, because it was late Friday afternoon, Dan said he would contact me with a proposal on Tuesday the following week.
