I was referred to Mathew Oil by my former oil burner serviceman after a local oil company my mom was dealing with, supposedly on an automatic refill schedule, left my 93 year old mother with no heat or hot water. Mathew Oil got a truck to my mom's house within half an hour and put oil in and waited for me to get to their company two days later to pay! Don't know any oil company that would do that but these guys did. I dropped the other company like a hot potato and my mom is now getting her oil from Mathew.

Wanted to update my old post from 4 yrs ago!! A young lady arrived from out of state, to work in her parents home that has been vacant, sadly, since her father's passing in July. Future oil deliveries had been canceled back then and the home was very cold, in the 40's, on her arrival today. With thermostats set at 60 degrees the oil tank had run dry!! Mathews Oil was called, and able to get her an emergency tank of oil in under a couple hours. The front door was even left open so that the driver could fire up the boiler after filling the oil tank. Hour's later reportedly the home has warmed up nicely.... An awesome response Jim and Mathews Oil!!! A job... read full review

I have used Jim's company for home heating oil and burner service since 2005. Jim has a great team of people that have gone out of their way on many instances over the years for emergency oil deliveries when we've accidentally run out. And I can recall at least one snowy winter night when Jim showed up to fix our burner which had quit ... customer service still means something to Jim and his team.
