First time at massage envy and I met with Kathy for my session, I have been having the worst sciatica pain flare up and I needed some relief so I booked an appointment same day from work & Kathy was god sent to me because she listened to every single complaint about my pains and what I have been dealing with for months and Kathy told me I can take this pain away 75% and that is what Kathy did! I finally got sleep that night after 4 days of the worse sleep in months & the next day the pain was less vicious and I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment to help maintain these flare ups ( I got the massage that focused on body pains) thank you Kathy!

Went in for an appointment 5/15 @12:30 the receptionist was very kind and addressed me immediately upon walking in. Erin was nothing shy of fantastic. The room had a good ambiance and everything is professional and comfortable. I think I fell asleep at some point because the 90min massage flew by. I had some questions about payment and Lori took the time to explain it to me and cleared everything up. They do a great job here and I highly recommend.

Had a GREAT massage with Natalie *****!! She did exactly what I was looking for in an upper body massage.. The only downfall was at the end the fire alarms went off and we all had to evacuate the building..Which then held up the checking out process as all the clients were wanting to check out at the same time and I was patient as I wanted to sign up for a membership!!
