Kristin, our physical therapist, was fabulous! She was warm, caring, funny, and she did an excellent job as my sister's physical therapist. My sister now has full use of her shoulder, even after she was told by her doctor that she would never gain full use of it again. We definitely recommend Concord Home Care. Every person they have ever sent our way has been top notch!
Upon release from the hospital, we were in need of same-day services. Laurie returned our call immediately and sent a wonderful CNA that night.Follow-up requests were also handled very promptly with professional and competent staff. I would rate them as top-notch with my highest recommendation. Thank you Laurie, Cindy, and crew! ~Caroline
I have had some excellent CNA's from this agency but lately they seem to have trouble filling spots. They say it's because I live in Southern RI - Northern Narragansett. So, if you live in Southern RI, it might be better to try a different agency.
