Last night I left a message, because I had Sat on my glasses and snapped the arm off in a way, that was absolutely not fixable..I wear bifocals..today, June 2...I went directly to Bliing,..and a young woman named Brianna F.....helped me, she was also the young lady who heard my message..she was beyond helpful, so sweet and smart, didn't make me feel horrible for trying to glue the arm back on my frames...she was able to clean my lenses up and put them into new frames, which they had in stock!..She was absolutely fantastic, she smiled all the way through my lengthy insurance issue...long story short..Brianna was such a great experience at the end of my long work day, she...read full review
