Just had my new faucet installed and I couldn't be happier. Mr. Addessi is incredibly friendly and a true professional. His work is high quality, and his prices are extremely fair and honestly the best I’ve seen compared to other plumbers. You really get the red carpet treatment with him. There are very few owner-operator plumbers around and I lost my last one almost five years ago. Finally, I recently found Jim through a neighbor of mine when I mentioned to them I needed a hot water heater replaced. I found Jim's price couldn't be beat and when I met him, I discovered that he's able to charge reasonable prices because he can do it all by himself. He has so much more experience than you'll find in any plumber that is sent out on a call by a larger outfit. But his experience doesn't stop with the plumbing itself. Great experience! I needed my washing machine valves replaced & Jim was able to come out within the week to get the job done, and at a much more affordable price than what I was quoted by other plumbers in the area. The next time I have a plumbing issue I will definitely be calling Jim!
