I've used them for decades to close and open our summer home. When I called Monday to schedule this season's opening, got a recorded message that the business had closed on Thursday, May 4, 2023. No advance notice, and they still have the key to my house.

Wow, so much for emergency service. I called them and the first thing they asked is "Have we been out to your house before". "No. I've never needed a plumber before". ..... "Sorry we're not taking new customers". This was just for a clogged drain.

Tamala took care of our downstairs faucet replacement. She is fabulous and very professional. Took out the old faucet that had to be replaced and came back to install the new one after I'd bought it. Stedman & Kazounis are our go to place for plumbing repairs.Service: Faucet repair

The office manager made a clerical error and sent our bill to an address that we not only did not live at but not the address where service was completed. Once we got the bill we paid it immediately. She claims her clerical error is our problem and now does not want to do business with us and wants us to pay a fee. When I disagreed with her she screamed at me from the top of her lungs. Plenty of businesses out there that do what this company does. One bad egg in the business can bring a business down.

At first very nice and professional fixing shower heads in two bathrooms that leaked. I asked about price of parts and she couldn't tell me, said they do that at the office. I know when I go to get my oil changed they ask what grade the cheap or the best, maybe something in the middle. No couldn't tell me but said maybe $150? I thought that was a lot on top of the extra $50 they charge on top of labor for the first hour. Now almost done she stated oh I noticed your hose lines for your washer were old and needing replacing. I know it was on my todo list, she had they in her van so I agreed on up sale since she had them and it would be quick. Wrong almost 30 minutes later shows me how they broke apart even though I didn't she her do it in front of me then later informs me she now needs to change the valve as well - again no idea because she can't tell me what the price of parts will be but I know the hourly rate is being racking up. She calls the owner he's no help tells me he sent the best, I asked would you of sent me the worst? Now I have to watch over to confirm or question if anything else would need repair. Once finished she cleaned up quick and left. I took pictures just Incase they try to add time. I was so hopeful at the beginning but sadly it looks like I will be looking for someone else the next time a plumber is needed.

They have come out several times to repair the boiler and stop a blown pipe from spewing water . I highly recommend Stedman to everyone. The guys are so friendly and nice and answer questions. I am a renter so I don’t know the cost of their services, whatever they charge is well worth it .

Our hot water heater broke and we had water all over our basement on a Saturday.... I called 15 minutes after it happened, I got a call back in 10 minutes and the plumber was at my home in 20 minutes..... the job was completed in about 2 hours! Great, responsive service.... We HIGHLY recommend them!
