Our wall mounted Gas furnace failed during this cold spell. Boss Heating and Cooling did everything right, from diagnosing the problem, getting the parts quickly and having a technician repair the furnace the same day that the parts arrived. Every member of their team did their job perfectly. Great customer service makes the difference, they care.

I had my furnace and central air conditioning replaced last week and if I could give 10 stars I would! From start to finish, they did a terrific job and I am beyond thrilled with the results. From the first call I made to set up a time for someone to come out and take a look, until the work was completed, the communication was excellent. Jackie, who I spoke with initially in the office, set up a day and time to have Rich come out and take a look at my existing system, and then promptly texed me the info to confirm it. Our mini split condenser stopped working last fall. Our current hvac guy said he'd fix it in the spring. Called him,he said he was to busy to even diagnose. Called Boss, Josh came out in a few days, ordered part, installed 3 days later. Great service, very reasonable price, going to use them for my heating needs also.
