Several of their bad reviews have to do with customer service or tailoring, neither of which have given me trouble (I believe their tailor retired during COVID).“

She explained the machine and offered more help with the detergent dispenser. She was very kind to me! I didnt have to ask for assistance- she took initiative after simply observing me.
