“I used the Prowash on Sunday, 8/15 and would like to express my experience by saying that if wasn't for the very nice blond woman that works there, I would never come back. She was very friendly and assisted me from beginning to end. Most of their machines are not working and they don't hang signs about it. First of all, they should fix their machines period. But like I said, I only gave 4 stars because of this very nice lady. Don't know her name but she only works on Sundays. Prowash should value their employees and fix their machines. The employees are the first line and they are the ones hearing all the complaints. That's just not fair to them.“
