With my wife’s grandmother’s funeral less than a week away, I needed my dry cleaning completed on short notice. They were able to get everything done in time. There was a slight delay with a few items, but they kept their word, made sure everything was ready when promised, and even delivered it to me at no extra charge. I truly appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service during such a difficult time. Highly recommend!
I dropped my husband’s suit and it was delay. Fortunately, the owner of the suit contacted me later, realizing that I was leaving in the morning. He promptly ensured that the suit was prepared for my travel. The customer service provided was exceptional. Furthermore, he drove the suit to me, which was extremely convenient. Lemon Laundry & Dry Cleaning went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. I highly recommend this dry cleaner to anyone in the vicinity, as they have significantly enhanced their customer service and overall experience.
So nice and refreshing to walk into a laundromat and be greeted and helped by the owner himself! I drove past 2 other places to come here and I will he back again! Very clean, smells amazing, good priced machines, quick and clean laundry! My laundry came out of the washer warm not cold like past places I have visited and then soap actually activated! Thank you!
