“It took some time to sort out but the technician was able to fabricate a piece to fix the handle and lock mechanism on our very old and strangely shaped door when we were not able to find replacement parts. This way we are able to keep our original door - otherwise we would have had to replace the whole door or have a new door custom built to work with modern hardware. So glad there are still people who know how to make parts and fix things.“

Never were we pushed into a sale by either of them; they gave options, we then discussed and decided what would be best in our situation.
