Amazing customer service from Michael. He assisted with a very tricky key situation and was able to execute with a great solution. Definitely glad I visited and sought help.

I had accidentally set my auto locking lock to stay-unlocked mode, something I didn’t even know existed. Mike talked me through fixing it over the phone, no visit needed. His instructions were carefully relayed to be sure I didn’t accidentally lock myself out. Also no charge!
His timely resonse helped us out a lot because we were due to leave town only a few hours later.
