The ambiance of the space inspires confidence in their professionalism from the moment one walks in!Condidering the cost of tattoos, I would recommend that additional security measures are put in place re gift certificates such as:1- Take down the full name of the recipient of the gift certificate (not just the first name)2- Provide the recipient with a password for future identification purposes3 - Keep a photocopy of the gift certificate on file at Magnum XIII for future reference in case of loss or theft. I was informed that I had the only copy and if anything should happen to it...4 - Enclose the gift certificate in an envelope with the Magnum XIII logo to assure safe handling. I essentially purchased a fragile $300 gift that I had to tuck away in my purse and hope that it did not catch on anything and crumple or tear.All in all, a very positive experience!“
