A beautiful, welcoming studio with stunning examples of their artwork. Customer service was professional and courteous. I was there to purchase a $300 gift certificate, and the transaction took all of 10 minutes. The ambiance of the space inspires confidence in their professionalism from the moment one walks in!Condidering the cost of tattoos, I would recommend that additional security measures are put in place re gift certificates such as:1- Take down the full name of the recipient of the gift certificate (not just the first name)2- Provide the recipient with a password for future identification purposes3 - Keep a photocopy of the gift certificate on file at Magnum XIII...read full review

Girls' weekend. 4 grandma gets a tattoo. Thanks to Shawn for his professionalism, his patience with me because it was my first tattoo and I was scared. All went well. Great welcome from smiling, respectful people who love their work. I highly recommend this place! Perfect protocol for tattoo procedure. Well done and thank you again, what a beautiful memory I have of you all and who knows perhaps that a second one is to come.

Got a piercing done with my best friend a few weeks back, couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience. The woman at reception talked us through our options, showed us nose studs, explaining the differences, and also provided reassurance on the quickness of the whole process.Piercing time comes, and everything was cleaned and sanitized. Super professional. The piercer talked me through the whole thing. Definitely nowhere near as painful as one might think.
