“A beautiful, welcoming studio with stunning examples of their artwork. Customer service was professional and courteous. I was there to purchase a $300 gift certificate, and the transaction took all of 10 minutes. The ambiance of the space inspires confidence in their professionalism from the moment one walks in!Condidering the cost of tattoos, I would recommend that additional security measures are put in place re gift certificates such as:1- Take down the full name of the recipient of the gift certificate (not just the first name)2- Provide the recipient with a password for future identification purposes3 - Keep a photocopy of the gift certificate on file at Magnum XIII for future reference in case of loss or theft. I was informed that I had the only copy and if anything should happen to it...4 - Enclose the gift certificate in an envelope with the Magnum XIII logo to assure safe handling. I essentially purchased a fragile $300 gift that I had to tuck away in my purse and hope that it did not catch on anything and crumple or tear.All in all, a very positive experience!“
