The company's work is of high quality, with a focus on customer satisfaction. While there may be minor oversights, such as not adjusting the thermostat or replacing a water drain pipe cover, the overall experience is reassuring and pleasant.
Peter my favourite technician was as usual his professional self. He arrived on time, went through his full inspection and then reviewed his findings. I am completely satisfied with the service for the past at least 10 years.
Excellent service during an early winter furnace breakdown. Salesman came to my house to have me sign the contract for the new furnace the same evening I placed the emergency call to Electro Aide. Four days later (including a weekend) my new furnace was installed. I highly recommend.
A couple of small things ……service guy didn’t put the thermostat back to normal setting …..we only discovered getting out bed next morning that it was really cold. Also didn’t put a cover back on the water drain pipe
