Called to get a maintenance quote on 4 roof tops. Someone left a phone message at 7:30 a.m. saying they'll be around after 9 a.m. that same day. Never showed up. Did not follow up. This suggests an ordinary service...
I'm really disappointedThe seller did his job well by selling me a so-called very reliable machine... installation in September of my Fujitsu heat pump, since mid-January the machine has no longer worked. To get it repaired, I was first told that it wouldn't be right away. That I am not a priority. Since I still have heating... Then comes 3 repairers weeks apart who cannot resolve the problem.It's mid-May and the machine is still not repaired. The last technician told me that it was the valve that froze (sorry? A new machine??)I'm still waiting...Service: Install AC
