“This vet clinic exemplifies animal care excellence. From the outset, upon adoption, it was mandatory, the two kittens had to be neutered and spayed, along with a second vaccine, microchip as well. Whether it be a conversation on the phone or upon setting foot in the clinic, one was not left with the impression the personnel was miserable and counting the minutes to go home. The ever present smile, clear and concise information and the follow up following the surgical procedure left me saying to myself, animals are treated better by this vet clinic than we humans by our health care providers.
The pricing is more than reasonable, not exaggerated, and the same can be said for the pet food available. The staff does not intimidate or pressure an individual into purchasing an item, food or otherwise, it is left to the customer, and to be honest, the food in many instances is more cost efficient than pet stores. I would like to add, the vet assistant took the time to explain the procedures and reassure me. A smile on her face to match the delicate manner in which she handled my two precious felines. The advice provided by the staff, from the secretary who greets you upon arrival to the veterinarian and the assistants, was both helpful and welcoming, not to mention appreciated.
If they offered services for humans, I would request to have my medical needs provided by the staff.”
