“Edit: staffing issues resolved! I’m so so so happy to be able to give them 100% of my business again. Of course, you never want to need a vet in an urgent situation but we’ve had 2 this past fall. 2 kitties with UTI’s and an emergency trip to the DMV with our dog. They were amazing, simply amazing about coordinating for the after care of the emergency situation with our dog Shae. All my phone calls returned.l, questions answered. Suture removal team was amazing and went above and beyond. I cannot thank them enough for everything.I love this vet, I want to give 5 stars and I would have pre-pandemic. They are great and caring and truly love your pets and will not push uncessary services on you. But currently experiencing a staffing shortage. I cannot get the basic care I used to get quickly for my dog and 2 cats. Hopefully the staffing shortage is sorted out soon because I would like to bring 100% of my business back. Waiting months for a basic appointment for vaccines turned into an emergency boarding situation nightmare for my family and I. I now have files at 2 other vet clinics as well.... just in case. My bad for agreeing to wait for vaccines when they were in fact expired...“
