I have never had an issue with the clinic. Whenever I call, the receptionist makes an appointment with me. They are kind at the main desk when you arrive. And Dr. Fernando Almonacid is excellent, always on time.

This place is dirty, depressing, full of papers taped on walls, you don’t know where to look and what to read? The personnel ignores you. Not very welcoming. My doctor screams from the hallway your name out, and first thing mentioned when entering the office is that she only has 20 min and that includes typing her notes. The person in charge of the clinic does not return calls when left a message specifically for them when I requested
“Je souhaite changer de médecin pour des raisons de compatibilité. Est-ce possible de rester inscrite au GMF avec un autre médecin?”

I have given up on this place. My elderly parents were assigned here after out GP retired. I've been trying to reach them for a month to make an appt for my Father, only to be on hold for a minimum of an hour each time I tried. It doesn't matter what time you try, all the same. There is no message or email option either. I'm forced to bring him, who is 87, to a private clinic, and pay out of pocket, just to get him some care.
Never again.

Quick appointment, professional informative treatment and the nicest, most caring Doctor I have met in a long time. Reception staff gets 5 stars too, for being very kind and helpful.

The worst service I have ever received while dealing with doctors. I had to wait 3 MONTHS just to ask my doctor for a blood test request form because my medication is no longer working.

Got my blood work done on the same day, and the clinic calls me back saying they have the results. BUT my doctor will only be available to phone me in 2 MONTHS to give me the results and change my prescription.

These doctors have absolutely zero compassion and do not care that you suffer for 5-6 months. You're just rushed in and out of appointments while they barely listen to your concerns.

TLDR: If you have a family doctor here, you're better off just waiting the 36 hours in the emergency room at Lakeshore Hospital.

Worst clinic to get appointments at I have ever had to deal with in my life doctor is fine but staff need to get fired for their lack of professionalism.

My parents and I are blessed to have Dr. Georgeos as our family doctor. With all the difficulties our medical system is going through, if every doctor was like him, we'd be doing great! He is a doctor that goes above and beyond to help his patients and makes sure that everyone has equal opportunity to get the medical attention they need. He is quick and efficient, but this doesn't stop him from being thorough and a wonderful diagnostician. Anyone who has him as a doctor is truly blessed with a rare gem in our struggling medical system. I never have trouble getting an appointment and get seen promptly, and I always receive the follow ups and documents needed.

I definitely recommend this doctor to anyone lucky enough to get him!
