I really wanted a pair of EasyClip frames, and they are the only ones who carry them. They were late arriving and communication wasn’t great. Then the arm popped off, which I feel was defect on the part of EasyClip. When I went back with the broken frames, I had to argue that I shouldn’t have to pay a $65 repair fee. I left the glasses with the customer service representative who said she would speak to the manager and call me back. That was more than two weeks ago. I bought two pairs of glasses and had a great experience. The eye exam was done very carefully and professionally. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommend this place!
I highly recommend, received my glasses in 15 days like promise, my 3 pairs including my gifted sunglasses are beautiful and the staff we're all very nice ! Thank you very much for the great service !
