I had a really pleasant experience with Alex today (the beauty manager) with another associate (sorry i did not get your name). I bought a shiseido sunscreen on Wednesday and did not bother to look at the expiry date as I was confident i would at least be a year from now. To my surprise when i opened the package it will expire aug2026. I went there today to ask if shiseido gives out coupons that i can use for my next purchase especially that i plan to use this on a trip to asia in september. Alex kindly offered to exchange it for me explaining that near expiry items are usually taken off the shelves. I did not absolutely expect that!
