“Spent over 5h at this location. I loved how there were lots of relaxation rooms/options. I also appreciated that we could get replacement towels anytime as needed.

Overall it was nice but the hot pools could’ve been hotter. They almost felt lukewarm even though it’s supposed to be 38C. We’ve been to other spas where the pools had different temps. Also, the cold plunges weren’t next to all the hot pools which made it a bit of an effort to do the cold plunge immediately.

One thing I disliked was that even though there were signs everywhere that electronic use (aside from e-readers) is prohibited, I saw so many people using their phones and taking photos.“

“A very pleasant place to relax, with hot and cold water baths. It also offers a variety of services such as massages, a sauna, and more. Excellent customer service. The café has a wide selection of food and snacks. Hygienic and with strict rules for customer protection and service quality. Highly recommended!“

“Maggie at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Honestly made my whole experience how nice and accommodating she was. Solved every problem like a pro (the person who took our initial reservation for our massages never actually booked it). The actual thermal baths were a bit underwhelming but still had an overall nice stay!“

She handled things very respectfully she was very sweet and understood the experience that we had. they have now updated the website and I am excited to go back and have a redo and see the new steam sauna very excited and I really appreciate the customer service and wanting to make things right“
