This is our second time coming here with my family, this is our second winter. It's a very atmospheric place, with lots of jacuzzis, a gym, restaurants—in short, everything is top-notch. I have nothing more to say, this place is absolutely wonderful!!
We managed to get two massages back to back because he had no other availability.
Beautiful welcome, corner with products and bath bombs, relaxation corner with beverage and view of the lake.
Concerning the massages, for my husband the lady did not have the right massage and asked him if he wanted pink or gray oil, he sincerely believes that he did not have the massage requested especially in comparison with me .

The hotel and the site are really good but the Amérispa spa is very disappointing for the price of the treatments. We expect to have the best treatments and atmosphere of all the spas at this price....
There are other spas around if you go to this hotel.
