Had a wonderful experience, the pools are lovely and the spa is very calm and quiet. We had lunch at the bistro and the chef present was amazing. Super sweet and passionate about the food he makes. 10/10 experience just wish they had more pools
We were warmly greeted by the receptionist, who offered a helpful rundown of the facilities. That was a promising start, but as many other reviews here note, the place is in real need of maintenance and upkeep and improvements that would make this a truly wonderful spa worth returning to.
The towel and robe are provided in your locker, which is a smart idea in theory, but they are stuffed in a thin plastic bag, which does not feel especially upscale. Opening the bag, the towel I received was stained. Yuck! As for the locker room itself, it feels more like an aging gym than a spa.

I am redoing this review after speaking with the director from the spa! She handled things very respectfully she was very sweet and understood the experience that we had. they have now updated the website and I am excited to go back and have a redo and see the new steam sauna very excited and I really appreciate the customer service and wanting to make things right
