My cat Mia and I had a great experience at Zoovrac. I am picky about where I take my cat to get groomed since it can be extremely stressful for them, but they made sure to not book other dogs during my cat’s appointment, making the environment significantly calmer for her. Theodore at the front desk was super welcoming and very knowledgeable about animals which was lovely. Felipe and Alla did a fantastic job grooming my cat, taking their time and going along with her comfort levels, giving her the breaks she needed. Mia even relaxed and responded to treats eventually.
