We are first-time home buyers and we were very pleased with the inspection provided by Yevgeny. He was punctual, professional, and very informative - and funny to boot! He didn't just walk silently around the house: he involved us in the process, talking the whole time about what he was noticing. His explanations and subsequent report were very clear, detailed and technical yet easy to follow. For someone who knows nothing about home maintenance, I feel like I now have a good guide to know what needs to be done and when. We will definitely use his services again in the future!

Eugene was invaluable in our home buying experience. This was our first home inspection and we had no clue what we we were looking at/for.
