My 14 year old Yorkie is always happy after a grooming here. Grooming is quite an experience for him and he will shake afterwards, but not here! I know the grooming must be gentle and loving, because my old boy comes out very happy and not shaking with anxiety as he has other places. Oh they also do a great job, and am always happy with results! Great spot, highly recommend!
Never used the grooming services, the store is pretty boring, they don’t have a lot of selection of anything at all. The place isn’t very nice to look at. However the aquariums are quite clean even though they have a whole bunch of different fish mixed together. The people aren’t overly friendly either, they don’t greet you when you walk in and act annoyed if you ask questions.
They did a great job giving my pup Lily a haircut. Very friendly service, and willing to work with you to get the cut you want. They are well organized too, allowing booking, online, over the phone, and in person.
