My little shih tzu Bella has been going here for years. Elena does a wonderful job and is so calm. I also like the fact that the grooming area is open and dogs are not caged which is not the case with other groomers we previously tried. Bella is happy there and we will never go anywhere else.

I recently had to change groomers from Ouaf Woof since I had moved out of the area. I'm so sorry I had to leave! I always got a wonderful groom here and my dog always looked great (unlike my new groomer, sadly) Me and Liam miss you!

Je suis une cliente régulière avec 2 petits chiens. Chaque fois que je prends un rdv, je fais toiletter mes 2 toutous en même temps. Mes chiens devaient se faire toiletter aujourd’hui à 11h30. Je dois me déplacer en métro et en autobus avec eux chaque fois. Cette fois-ci, l’autobus a eu du retard. J’ai donc envoyé un message pour aviser. On m’a répondu qu’un retard de plus de 20 minutes n’était pas accepté. Sachant que j’étais prise à un arrêt de bus avec mes 2 chiens, que je viens la voir souvent, que je n’ai jamais eu un seul retard et que j’étais sa dernière cliente de la journée, je considère qu’elle aurait pu faire une exception. Service déplorable et aucune considération pour sa clientèle fidèle.

Absolutely love this place! The owner is so nice and the place is so clean. Prices are very reasonable! I have been taking my medium sized cockapoo here for years and he loves going. I have never seen a dog run up the stairs to his groomer! So thank you for the positive experience and taking care of Charlie!
