While I didn't get an opportunity to get my hair done, I appreciate the professionalism in the initial process of confirming my booking. The representative I spoke with was thorrough and helpful.

I ended up having to cancel my appointment due to an emergency circumstance. I was grateful for a friendly reception. No questions asked! It's nice to see that there are still businesses who can balance being professional, yet personable.
