There is a treatment for every taste- a great variety of massage skills, experienced estheticians, wonderful products, their own essential oils/products line.. But most of all wonderful staff from the reception to the therapists/estheticians- I felt like a highly appreciated guest today- highly recommendable experience- thank you Maria for today’s facial treatment!
I went to the William Gray Spa with a friend for the first time on a monday. Even if we arrived late, the receptionist Julia, and the esthetician Shiva were extremely accommodating, Didn't make us feel late or bad at all. First full body scrub experience and OMG the best. A mix of a massage and a scrub all together. I LOVED how Shiva made me feel confortable and how knowledgeable she was about the treatment, the products... I loved the experience too much that I decided to book 3 other treatments the following thursday with her. Randomly enough, I meet the director of the Spa Roxanne on Wednesday. The day before my second visit. I was soooo happy to tell her and everyone around that it was excellent that I'm going again to see Shiva the next day. I even benefitted of a 15% off. Thursday arrived, I get there, Shiva was ready and ecsited to give me another memorable experience. She surely knows how to explain different products and practices, and make clients feel at ease. I took the facial with the Oxygen treatment PLEASE GUYS you have to try it. I felt 5 years younger after the hour spent there. On the spot, since I was extremely confident about the place and the expertise of Shiva, I took a wax, ladies we all know that it's not our favorite thing to do. But I did. Every couple of minutes Shiva made sure I was feeling confortable she event went out to bring me water and give me a little break. We continued ti the other stunning room for a pedicure. I work and wear heels often, My feet needed not only nice toe nails color but a deep tissue cleans and massage. I could of spend anther hour there and ty other things. I had a particular color in mind and she made it for me. The material an products they use are the highest quality. This experience is worth trying and if you guys can ask for this particular lady, you won't regret it. THANK you Shiva for that amazing afternoon spent at the Spa. I strongly recommend my circuit with her. And I'm definitely going back very very soon.
