Nice place! Small, but nice! The staff is attentive! I appreciated that they enforced silence! Downside, there are only 3 showers in the locker rooms! That’s not much when you think that they can accommodate more than 115 people! Rest area number 1 has far too pale lighting! It’s aggressive! The “no stress” zone, on the other hand, is really nice! I will go back in the evening because definitely, the daytime price on weekends is too high and it’s not worth that!
I went for a massage. It was good overall, but I've had better ones.People are so nice there, and I love the vibe.I would come back for the thermal experience, even if it's small.
Good spa in Old Montreal, will satisfy everything you would expect from a spa. That being said, there's nothing that stands out as a must try spa - if you're looking for a unique experience, there's better options right outside of Montreal.
