Service is good, but management is weird. I asked the tech not to use the sanding machine on my skin for my feet (cuticles).
The tech was asking me if I liked three coats or if I wanted another...the manager came over to her and said, just put her finishing coat. Some people understand Vietnamese. The manager also slipped the tech I was with, money while she was working. Super unprofessional. Won't be back. Its too bad. Great service but bad management. No wonder its empty.
It was my first time in this salon and the staff was nice and welcoming. The nail technician that was assigned to me was a guy and he was pleasant but the outcome of his work was not satisfactory. I asked for a fresh set of nail extensions in an oval shape and even showed a picture of how I wanted my nails. They had no chrome so it was fine and showed me similar colors to my first choice. What I did not like was the acrylic he placed was not even, I find it too thick especially on my thumb, middle and index finger. Im not an expert to nails but I can see the difference to each nail. Great place awesome team very pleasant no wait times, the guy is so funny and super quick. The product last a while. Very satisfied every time !! :) all time favourite place to go get my nails and feet done
