We had a pleasant visit to Spa Escale Santé—clean facilities, soothing saunas and steam, comfy relaxation zones, and plenty of thoughtful touches like smoothies, tea, and snacks. The staff were friendly, and the overall vibe was calm and welcoming.
That said, it’s hard to call it a true Nordic spa when the “ice baths” aren’t actually cold. The 17 °C plunge felt more lukewarm than invigorating, which was a bit disappointing if you’re hoping for that real hot–cold therapy contrast. Visiting from Vancouver. My friend booked us massages with the spa. Nour was the massage therapist, she was amazing and very knowledgeable about the musculoskeletal system.
The actual spa was well equipped and very nice. They had staff bringing us complimentary fruits, smoothies, nuts, tea and water.
Really amazing massage therapist and the spa was the icing on the cake.

Booked a couples massage for our anniversary a few weeks ago and loved our experience. After our massage we enjoyed the saunas and baths. We went on a Saturday night and it wasn’t that crowded. Most of the time we were alone in the sauna and jacuzzis. It had a good vibe. Will be back!
