I recently joined this gym and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff here are incredibly attentive and always ready to help, making my workouts much more enjoyable. They take the time to answer any questions I have and ensure that I’m using the equipment correctly. Speaking of equipment, the variety available is outstanding! From free weights to machines and everything in between, there’s something for everyone. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, you'll find all the tools you need to reach your fitness goals. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a mental and physical re-set, start with the six week challenge and then continue on with the valuable instructions that David brings to each strength & conditioning class. He will push you to be your best and is a true motivator.
On top of becoming stronger over the past year, I've also successfully regained significant bone density following a diagnosis of osteoporosis two years ago. Weight training has been an integral part of this amazing experience.
