I only recommend this school if you have enough free time and are able to carefully follow all of their policies and scheduling requirements.
My experience with this driving school was frustrating due to communication issues and penalties related to classes and internal policies that I did not fully understand at the time. During the winter, I never received reminders to complete the theoretical portion of the course, but later I started being charged penalties related to classes that I did not understand to be authorized. It is important to mention that I had already paid for the full course.
Personally, I felt there was very little flexibility regarding my situation, which made my overall experience negative. I recommend carefully reading all terms and conditions before registering in order to avoid misunderstandings or administrative issues, since in my case I ended up paying more than $1,400 in total, which was extremely frustrating.

If you plan on going with them for English classes good luck getting your license in less than 2 years. The mandatory zoom classes in English have availability maybe once every month and a half which is beyond irritating considering the only reason I chose this school was because they offered courses in English. **Very little** availability if you’re interested in doing the classes in just English. Waited a month for an English class just for them to tell us IN the class it will now be done in French and that we can either leave the class (and reschedule for a month later) or sit through it in French. Meanwhile if you miss an online zoom class you will be charged $50. Only good thing I’ll say is the front desk lady’s and my in person driving teacher are always very kind.

Loved my experience with this driving school. They’re organized, professional, understanding and flexible with their practical and theoretical classes. I was pretty nervous at first but they made sure to reassure me and make me feel confortable. I now have my license and do not regret choosing this school! Thank you Omega st-michel!🥰

During the practical classes, some teachers often spent time looking at their phones instead of focusing on the lesson. They also allowed themselves to make unprofessional comments on unrelated topics such as politics or personal matters.
In addition, the school’s communication about the different steps required to obtain a driving licence was often unclear and poorly organized. When confusion arose, the administration tended to place the responsibility on students rather than providing proper guidance.
Do not recommend this school.

Terrible experience with this company, I strongly advise against doing business with them. Their employees lied to me and made me purchase a more expensive class that I didn't need, and they refused to refund because they prefer to steal from their customers than to actually give good service.
Very poor service, avoid at all costs!

I really recommend the Oméga St-Michel driving school because the service there is excellent! I just took the practical exam and I passed on the first try! A big thank you to Idir and Liazid who were very good driving trainers!
